Role Description This full-time remote Salesforce Consultant role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to support client business needs. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into Salesforce configurations, and performing Salesforce.com administration tasks such as user management, workflows, and security settings. The consultant will perform business analysis to map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend best practices. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating with development teams on Salesforce.com development tasks, preparing documentation, and providing end-user training and ongoing support.



The Salesforce Consultant will work closely with internal and client teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and continuous enhancement of Salesforce platforms. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and proven experience in Business Analysis to understand requirements, interpret data, and improve processes.
• Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including configuration, user and permission management, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Development skills, such as working with custom objects, fields, automation tools, and coordinating with technical teams on customization.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, solution design, and presentation of recommendations.
• Experience with CRM implementations, preferably Salesforce, and familiarity with industry best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Consultant) are highly beneficial.
