Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.

• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

• 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar sales role.




• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools.
