We sell across our website, Amazon, Nykaa and quick commerce. Marketplaces are a core growth engine for the next phase, and you will own them end to end. What you'll own
• End-to-end growth across Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, and recent platforms, treating each like its own business.
• Relationships with category and account managers on every platform. You become the person they pick up the phone for.
• Account-level P&L;: revenue, growth, margins, pricing, promotions and platform spends.
• Catalog and content that sells: listings, A-plus and rich content, images, keywords and in-platform search rank.
• Ratings and reviews. Protect the score, grow the volume, fix what pulls it down.
• Pricing, deals and sale-event planning: Big Billion Days, Nykaa sale events, 1mg and platform-led campaigns.
• Platform ads end to end: budgets, placements, ACOS and ROAS on each console.
• Compliance ownership on health and pharmacy platforms: FSSAI details, ingredient and claim rules, and platform documentation, so listings go live clean and stay live.
• Availability and stock health: fill rates, buy box, stock-outs and clean inwarding, working with supply chain and ops. Where this role goes This is built as a launchpad.



As our marketplace business scales, the person who owns it scales with it. The path runs from Marketplace Manager to leading the entire marketplace and e-commerce vertical, with the team and budget that come with it. We move fast for people who deliver. What we're looking for
• 3 to 6 years in marketplace or key account management, e-commerce, or online retail.
• Hands-on experience with Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg or similar platforms, strongly preferred.
• A background in D2C, FMCG, nutra, wellness or a consumer brand.
• Sharp relationship and negotiation instincts. You build warmth and still hold firm on commercials.
• Strong analytical comfort with sales, inventory, ads and profitability data.
• A working grasp of catalog, content, search ranking and platform ad consoles.
• Genuine operational discipline across many SKUs and platforms at once.
• High ownership, real speed, and a habit of solving problems before they become fires. You'll thrive here if
• You treat each platform like a business you own, not a channel you service.
• You watch rank, availability, margins and reviews with equal intensity.
• You care about what is actually happening on the listing, not just the dashboard.
