Role Description The International Sales Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Karnal, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role involves identifying and developing new international markets, managing existing overseas client accounts, and preparing and negotiating quotations, contracts, and sales orders. The role requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and pricing, as well as preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The International Sales Executive will represent the company in online meetings and,



when required, in international trade fairs and buyer interactions. Qualifications
• Solid International Sales and International Business skills, with experience in global markets.
• Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including negotiation, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Karnal, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade practices is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in food commodities or agro-based exports, especially rice, is an added advantage.
