- Online Classes will design and deliver live online lessons across assigned subjects, ensuring that sessions are interactive, concept-focused, and aligned with the platform’s curriculum. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, creating digital learning materials, conducting virtual classes, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to learners and guardians. The role also involves tracking student progress on the learning portal, supporting exam preparation,



and adapting teaching strategies to different learning styles. Collaboration with the academic team to refine teaching methods and participate in training or meetings is expected. This is a full-time, remote role requiring consistent availability during scheduled class hours and academic cycles. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience instructing school-age students in one or more core subjects.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, engaging, and outcome-oriented online lessons.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, interact confidently with students and parents, and manage virtual classrooms.
• Comfort with online teaching tools, learning management systems, and basic digital content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; subject-specific qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in online teaching or tutoring is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
