About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful individual who can identify and source luxury residential properties while ensuring our property inventory and market data remain accurate and up to date. This is not a traditional real estate sales or buyer-closing role. You will be responsible for building property inventory, developing owner relationships, identifying private and off-market opportunities, and managing property listings and Circled Intelligence data. We want someone with a strong problem-solving mindset, a can-do attitude, and the ability to take ownership without waiting for instructions.

What You'll Do
• Identify and source luxury apartments, villas, independent houses, and residential land across Bangalore
• Connect directly with property owners and build long-term sourcing relationships




• Discover private and off-market opportunities through field visits, residential communities, and local networks
• Develop relationships with channel partners, property managers, and association representatives
• Verify property availability, ownership details, asking prices, specifications, and seller intent
• Collect, verify, and maintain property pricing, transaction records, and market data required for Circled Intelligence
• Manage and update property listings and Circled Intelligence data through the Circled Plus backend
• Regularly review and update property availability, asking prices, and market information
• Work closely with the luxury sales team to source properties matching active client requirements
• Maintain accurate owner information, property records, and sourcing updates in the CRM
• Identify gaps, resolve discrepancies, and find practical solutions when sourcing or data-related challenges arise
• Independently identify new opportunities and continuously improve sourcing processes and data accuracy Who You Are
• 1–2 years of experience in property sourcing, real estate supply, owner acquisition, or related roles
• Strong understanding of Bangalore's residential market and key micro-markets




• Confident approaching property owners and building relationships independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable managing structured property data
• Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to maintaining accurate information
• A natural problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions
• A can do attitude with the willingness to figure things out and get things done
• Resourceful and persistent when faced with sourcing challenges or incomplete information
• Comfortable balancing on-ground sourcing with backend updates and data management
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
• Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field visits
