Join our growing team and work with clients across the USA, Europe, and other international markets. ### ?

Key Responsibilities
• Work on company-provided international leads from markets such as the USA and Europe.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Nurture, follow up with, and convert provided leads into successful closures.
• Close projects for Website Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, and Digital Solutions.
• Handle client communication, negotiations, proposals, and regular follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project onboarding.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. ### ? Required Skills & Experience ✅ 3+ years of experience in International IT Sales / Business Development ✅ Proven experience in lead conversion and business closure ✅ Experience selling Websites,



Mobile Apps, SEO, and IT Services ✅ Strong client interaction and account management skills ✅ Excellent English communication and email writing skills ✅ Strong negotiation, convincing, and presentation skills ✅ Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities ✅ Positive understanding of technologies such as PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, React, Flutter, Android, iOS, Java, etc. ✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets ✅ Proven track record of achieving business/revenue targets ### ? IMPORTANT ? Leads will be provided by the company. The primary responsibility will be to handle, nurture, follow up with, and convert the provided leads into successful business closures. ### ?
