Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (B2C Sales) role based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, following up on leads, managing site visits, and supporting customers through the closing process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Relationship Manager is expected to provide a high level of customer service,



build long-term relationships, and represent the company professionally in all interactions. Qualifications
• Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities, with a focus on B2C sales.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
• Ability to manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of real estate concepts, property transactions, and local market trends (real estate experience preferred).
• Comfort with on-site client meetings, property visits, and working from the Noida office.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or lead management tools for tracking sales activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience can be considered.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented approach with a willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends, as per business needs.
