JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: COO / Vice President – Operations & ProjectsCompany: Kaizen Steel Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Experience:
Minimum 15 Years in the PEB Industry Reporting To: Managing Director / Directors Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee overall office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Manage and monitor multiple PEB projects from planning to execution and completion.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Sales, and Project teams.
• Independently handle key client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business discussions.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, profitability, and deliverables.
• Lead departmental heads and ensure effective team coordination and performance.
• Handle client escalations and resolve critical project-related issues.
• Coordinate with plant teams, site teams,



and management for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review project progress reports and operational MIS.
• Support business development, strategic planning, and organizational growth. Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the PEB industry.
• Strong knowledge of PEB design, engineering, fabrication, and erection.
• Previous experience in senior management / leadership roles preferred.
• Excellent leadership, client handling, communication, and decision-making skills. Key Expectations
• Ability to independently manage office operations, lead multiple projects, handle key client relationships, coordinate with all departments, and drive overall business performance.
