The SAP ABAP professional will design, develop, test, and maintain custom programs, reports, forms, and interfaces in SAP environments, ensuring alignment with business process requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing functional specifications, collaborating with functional consultants (such as SAP FICO specialists), creating and optimizing ABAP code, and performing troubleshooting and performance tuning. The role involves working with master data structures, supporting integrations, preparing technical documentation, and participating in code reviews and quality assurance.



The SAP ABAP professional will also interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical consulting, and support ongoing enhancements and change requests. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong understanding of Business Process and Consulting, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to analyze requirements, identify issues, and optimize system performance.
• Candidates should possess experience working with SAP FICO and related modules, collaborating with functional teams to implement end-to-end solutions.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Master Data design and maintenance within SAP, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development (reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and performance tuning).
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration points, and standard development practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on quality, deadlines, and continuous improvement.
