Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Factory Planning Support Consultant with strong, hands-on experience in Blue Yonder Factory Planning (FP) implementations. The selected candidate will support an existing live Factory Planning implementation, troubleshoot planning and scheduling issues, assist with configuration changes and enhancements, and work closely with business users to ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional and technical support for an existing Blue Yonder Factory Planning implementation.
• Support live Factory Planning operations and resolve day-to-day system issues.
• Troubleshoot production planning and scheduling-related issues.
• Assist with configuration changes, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide appropriate solutions.




• Analyse system issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolution.
• Ensure smooth functioning and stability of the existing Factory Planning solution. Mandatory Skills
• Direct, hands-on project experience in Blue Yonder Factory Planning (FP).
• Robust understanding of Factory Planning and scheduling processes.
• Experience supporting live Blue Yonder Factory Planning implementations.
• Ability to troubleshoot planning and scheduling issues and support configuration changes. Important: Candidates with only Blue Yonder ESP experience will not be considered. Direct Factory Planning (FP) project experience is mandatory. Candidate Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Robust hands-on Blue Yonder Factory Planning experience.
