One CorpLegal is a Dubai-based legal and corporate consultancy specialising in UAE company formation and corporate advisory services. As we expand our Corporate Department in Delhi, we are hiring an experienced UAE Business Setup Consultant to advise Indian entrepreneurs, investors and business owners looking to establish their businesses in Dubai and across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
• Consult Indian clients interested in setting up businesses in Dubai and other UAE Emirates.
• Advise on UAE Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation.
• Guide clients on business licences, company structures, visa requirements and setup costs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and business setup packages.
• Manage client enquiries, follow-ups and sales conversions.
• Coordinate with our Dubai team for company formation and execution. Mandatory Requirements




• Prior knowledge and practical experience in UAE business setup and company formation is compulsory.
• Strong understanding of UAE Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions, licensing and company setup procedures.
• Experience in consulting clients and converting business setup enquiries into sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Prior experience with a UAE business setup consultancy is preferred.
