R'Decorchy is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our network of architects, interior designers and design studios, and develop new business opportunities.

What you'll do
• Build and nurture relationships with architects and interior designers.
• Identify upcoming projects and develop business opportunities.
• Present our premium furniture, lighting, surfaces and interior product offerings.
• Drive product specifications, commercial discussions and order closures.
• Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets. What we're looking for:




• 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in premium interiors, furniture, lighting, surfaces or allied industries.
• Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the architect and interior design ecosystem.
• A proactive, commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional.
