Role Description The Export Operations Executive is a full-time role based in Madurai, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The role involves managing daily export operations, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely shipment of containers. The executive will communicate with international customers and internal teams to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring import/export regulations, supporting compliance, tracking shipments, maintaining records,



and contributing to process improvements for efficient global distribution. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Export Documentation and Import/Export Operations to manage shipment paperwork and end-to-end processes effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Export and Import to coordinate cross-border trade activities and support global logistics.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle client communication, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
• Relevant experience in export operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or documentation systems.
• Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
