Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement for The Media Designers and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, collaborating with design and podcast teams, writing and optimizing social posts, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The role involves managing community interactions, responding to comments and messages, and identifying opportunities to improve audience reach and conversions.



This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, requiring close coordination with the studio team and participation in client-facing discussions when needed. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, compelling, and brand-consistent social media content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic design collaboration (e.g., working with designers on visuals), and trend monitoring.
• Proven experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role; agency or creative studio experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
