Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and delivering video content that showcases luxury properties, brand campaigns, and promotional materials for digital and offline channels. Typical tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions, effects, and color corrections, adding text, graphics, and music, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to understand requirements, refine concepts, and create visually engaging stories that highlight property features and investment benefits.



The Video Editor will also maintain organized media libraries, optimize videos for different platforms, and contribute ideas to improve overall video content quality and consistency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating polished property and brand videos.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals that enhance real estate presentations.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design engaging titles, overlays, animations, and visual elements.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Candidates should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital content best practices.
