The community offers 32 rooms for up to 58 senior residents across a four-acre site designed for comfort, safety, and well-being. Pasaydan is building toward a nationwide presence, with the next property planned to open in 2029. Role Description The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the Pasaydan senior living community in Kolhapur, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and smooth functioning of all departments. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating with clinical and support teams, and maintaining standards for safety, hygiene, and resident services. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring operational performance, implementing policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement in resident experience. The General Manager will build strong relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders, support community outreach activities,



and represent the facility in external interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur. Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations or facility management, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industries.
• Skills in staff leadership, team building, and performance management, with the ability to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
• Solid organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, including experience with scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement.
• Financial management abilities, such as budgeting, cost control, and monitoring key operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Knowledge of basic regulatory, safety, and quality standards relevant to residential or care facilities, and ability to implement compliant practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur, respond promptly to operational issues, and remain calm and decisive in urgent or sensitive situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, healthcare administration, hospitality, social work, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care, respect for older adults, and alignment with Pasaydan’s values of dignity, autonomy, and community.
