Role Description The UK Lifestyle Survey role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the professional will conduct structured lifestyle surveys for UK-based projects, gather accurate data through questionnaires and interviews, and ensure responses are recorded and documented in line with project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include following survey scripts, maintaining data quality and confidentiality, meeting daily and weekly targets, and coordinating with team leaders to resolve respondent or process-related issues.



The role also involves updating survey records, reporting progress, and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve survey methodologies and outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong surveying skills, including Surveying and Topographic Surveys, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Knowledge of Market Research principles and exposure to Land Surveying or related data collection activities.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with diverse respondents.
• Ability to follow structured processes, meet performance targets, and maintain high standards of data integrity.
• Comfort working in an on-site, team-based environment in Kolkata, with flexibility for project schedules.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting; familiarity with survey or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or survey-based roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
