About the Role
We're looking for an SEO Expert with 1.5 years of hands-on experience to independently manage and grow SEO performance across multiple client websites. You'll take ownership of SEO projects, work directly with clients, and collaborate with our design and web development teams.

Key Responsibilities
SEO
• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and develop actionable strategies.
• Manage content optimization, internal linking, backlink building, and website SEO improvements.
• Work on AEO/GEO and optimize content for evolving search experiences, including Google AI Overviews.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, search visibility, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Prepare performance reports, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement. Client & Project Management
• Take ownership of assigned SEO projects and client accounts.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable SEO plans.




• Maintain regular client communication and share performance updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships. What We're Looking For
• Around 1.5 years of practical SEO experience.
• Strong working knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Understanding of AEO/GEO, E-E-A-T, search intent, and semantic SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ubersuggest.
• Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor. Shopify exposure is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and independently manage SEO activities.
• Comfortable handling client communication and project ownership.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Bonus: An interest in exploring and learning paid advertising is an added advantage. Compensation & Logistics
