Digital Track program is curated to learn about all the digital topics, boost collaboration through a common understanding of digital , Digital present in products, process and technologies , empower all Alstom employees on digital At the same time, Generative AI creates an opportunity to accelerate the creation, enrichment, and maintenance of knowledge content. To scale effectively, this content must be accurate, well-structured, governed, and supported by high-quality metadata and data that can be consumed by existing learning platforms and tools. The Digital Expert will therefore connect digital expertise, AI-powered content development, and data/process governance to ensure learning content is trustworthy, current, reusable, and ready for integration into the learning ecosystem. The program is launched globally, and we are looking for digital experts to build on more content and use cases. Objectives: Enable the scalable creation and management of high-quality digital learning content by combining digital expertise, Generative AI capabilities, and solid data governance practices. The role will focus on three key areas:
• Digital Expertise Understand key digital and technology concepts, such as XaaS, cloud,



software development lifecycle, AI, data, cybersecurity, APIs, DevOps, and emerging technologies. Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible knowledge content for different audiences. Ensure technical accuracy and relevance of learning materials. Collaborate with subject-matter experts when deeper expertise or validation is required.
• AI-powered Content Development Leverage Generative AI and AI-assisted tools to create, structure, summarize, enrich, and update knowledge and learning content. Develop reusable content such as explainers, learning summaries, FAQs, quizzes, learning paths, and knowledge articles. Apply effective prompting and human validation to ensure content is accurate, consistent, relevant, and fit for purpose. Identify opportunities to automate or accelerate the content lifecycle using AI.
• Process & Data Governance Define and maintain processes for content creation, review, validation, publication, maintenance, and retirement. Ensure the quality and completeness of learning data and metadata. Prepare and structure data so that it can be successfully integrated into existing learning tools and platforms. Establish quality controls covering areas such as taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, duplication, ownership, versioning, and content freshness. Monitor data and content quality and coordinate corrective actions where needed.
