Role Overview: We are looking for a cool, fashion-forward, and highly agile AutoCAD Designer & Operations Specialist. This hybrid role demands an equal passion for pixel-perfect design and flawless on-ground reality. You will translate complex creative briefs into immersive, structurally accurate 3D concepts and architectural working layouts, then step out of the studio to lead technical coordination and operations in office during setups and live builds.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Design & Technical Drafting:
• Core Drafting: Prepare accurate architectural working drawings, technical sections, and precision layout plans in AutoCAD and 3D Max for build execution.
• Immersive Formats: Create high-speed, scalable CAD blueprints tailored specifically for large-scale televised stages, complex exhibition pavilions, TV studio sets, and premium interior transformations.
• Visual Articulation: Build photorealistic 3D models and visualization renders using SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW to communicate concepts directly to clients and internal delivery teams.
• Asset Management: Maintain an organized database of digital layouts, venue floor plans, truss structures, seating layouts,



and modular staging blocks for fast revision deployment. Technical Operations & On-Ground Execution:
• Concept-to-Reality: Translate creative renders into structurally secure and feasible realities by evaluating staging mechanics, material behavior, finishes, and printing techniques.
• Recce & Spatial Verification: Conduct absolute, microscopic site inspections and venue recces to verify actual measurements, logistics pathways, and load capacities against early-stage CAD layouts.
• Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate fluidly with Client Servicing, Strategy, and Production teams to maintain design intent while honoring strict budget and timeline constraints.
• Fabrication Oversight: Act as the core technical point of contact on-site for custom fabricators, AV crew, structural carpenters, and production managers to guarantee execution matches signed-off layouts.
• Real-Time Troubleshooting: Solve spatial, structural, or layout conflicts on the fly during tight turnaround setup windows, revising digital CAD plans or on-field execution paths under high-pressure, live-event scenarios. Required Candidate Profile &

Skills:
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D Drafting) and 3D Studio Max. Strong hands-on usage of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), and CorelDRAW.
• Event DNA: Prior experience within an event agency, experiential marketing firm, or scenic set design house environment.
• Technical Grounding: Deep working knowledge of structural materials, fabrics, print tech, lighting placement, truss weights, and event staging structures.
• Mindset & Agility: High energy, immense attention to detail, and a flexible mindset toward working demanding non-traditional event hours (late nights, weekends) to see a massive project cross the finish line.
