• Assist with device setup, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve hardware, connectivity, and application-related issues.
• Coordinate with firmware and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Monitor device performance and ensure smooth project operations.
• Maintain support documentation and prepare technical issue reports.




• Support field deployments and on-site troubleshooting. ?️ Preferred

Skills:
• Basic knowledge of electronics and hardware troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IoT devices, sensors, and wireless communication.
• Basic knowledge of firmware and embedded systems.
