The intern will support day-to-day customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and assist in resolving issues across channels such as phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer communications, gathering feedback on services, and helping ensure a consistent and positive experience for car owners. The intern will collaborate with internal teams to track service requests, follow up on open cases,



and contribute to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced startup environment and hands-on learning in customer relationship management. Qualifications
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high-quality experience for car owners.
• Ability to deliver effective Customer Support, including handling queries, resolving basic issues, and providing clear information.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and internal teams professionally.
• Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns in issues, and suggest improvements.
• Interest in the automotive or mobility sector and willingness to learn about car ownership services and technologies.
• Comfort working in office in Bengaluru in a dynamic, startup environment with a collaborative attitude.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages used in Bengaluru is beneficial.
