Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations of the Ply & Board Division, including coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The Assistant Manager will work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to maintain quality standards and optimize workflow. Responsibilities include preparing reports, tracking key performance indicators,



assisting in vendor and customer coordination, and supporting process improvements. The role also requires adherence to safety and compliance guidelines, and active participation in internal reviews and planning meetings. Qualifications
• Experience in operations or production management within manufacturing, preferably in plywood, boards, or building materials.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and basic use of ERP or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in communication, coordination with cross-functional teams, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of quality standards, safety norms, and compliance requirements in industrial operations.
• Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing setup and willingness to engage in floor-level supervision when required.
