Role and responsibilities Projects are varied and diverse from, publishing, packaging, moving image and research-related tasks. You will be responsible for:
• Receiving briefs from clients – either by email or telephone
• Reviewing supplied assets and files to identify any gaps or potential problems
• Working with colleagues to plan and manage schedules and prioritise projects
• Participating in daily ‘catch-up’ meetings
• Working with partner suppliers to traffic and check work in progress
• Receipt of files and quality control
• Timely delivery of work assigned to you
• Liaising with clients, seeking feedback on projects and working with suppliers to make amendments
• Keeping time sheets
• Creating post project reports and case studies
