Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Pune City. In this role, the individual will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote services, explain offerings, and convert inquiries into sales. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or call logs, and following up with prospective and existing customers to support business growth. The Telesales Executive will handle customer questions, provide clear information, and escalate complex issues when needed. The role also involves meeting sales targets,



collaborating with the sales team, and sharing feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain information effectively.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, build pipelines, and close deals against defined targets.
• Candidates should have basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM or call-tracking tools, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented work habits, resilience in a target-driven environment, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center operations is preferred; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
