Role Overview As an HR Intern at TrekNomads, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced adventure tourism industry. You will work closely with our core team to support daily HR operations, assist in recruiting top talent (from trek leaders to operational staff), and help foster a culture that aligns with our core values of adventure, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Assist in drafting and posting

s, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various roles, including operations executives, sales executives, and marketing staff.
• Onboarding & Induction: Support the HR team in the onboarding process for recent hires, ensuring they understand TrekNomads’ safety protocols, company culture, office etiquette and responsible trekking policies.
• Employee Engagement:



Help organise internal team-building activities, maintaining a high-energy, motivated environment for a team passionate about the outdoors.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, employee asset management, track attendance and leave, and assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase TrekNomads’ work culture on social media and professional networks. Requirements & Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• A genuine passion for travel, trekking, or adventure sports is a significant plus, as it will help you understand our company culture and hiring needs.
