We are looking for a creative, marketing-minded intern who understands social media, has a passion for video creation, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content. This is not just a social media posting role. You will be involved in creating content from scratch — from conceptualising ideas and writing scripts to shooting, editing and publishing videos.

Key Responsibilities
• Video Creation & Shooting
• Shoot engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
• Create videos at customer homes, our office, warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
• Shoot product demonstrations, customer experiences, behind-the-scenes content and brand stories.
• Understand professional camera angles, lighting, framing and composition.
• Script & Content Creation
• Develop creative scripts and concepts for Instagram Reels.
• Write engaging hooks, storytelling scripts and marketing-driven content.
• Identify customer pain points and convert them into relatable video ideas.
• Create content that educates, entertains and generates enquiries.
• Video Editing
• Independently edit videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects and engaging visual elements.
• Understand pacing, storytelling and audience retention.
• Deliver platform-ready videos with professional editing.
• Influencer Marketing
• Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators.




• Coordinate with influencers for collaborations and shoots.
• Help plan influencer campaigns, barter collaborations and promotional activities.
• Track campaign performance and engagement.
• Marketing & Creative Thinking
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling and watch a video.
• Study competitors, trending content and customer behaviour.
• Come up with fresh marketing campaigns and creative concepts.
• Focus on content that drives brand awareness, leads and conversions — not just views and likes. Mandatory Requirements
• Must have a good camera phone, preferably:
• iPhone 16 Pro / 16 Pro Max
• iPhone 17 Pro / 17 Pro Max
• Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra / S26 Ultra
• Must know video shooting, editing and scriptwriting.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and social media trends.
• Valuable communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong interest in marketing.
• Must be comfortable travelling to customer homes and manufacturing facilities for shoots.
• Must have a portfolio or sample videos demonstrating previous work. What We Are Looking ForSomeone who:

• Can independently conceptualise, shoot and edit a complete Reel.
• Understands the difference between a viral video and a video that generates business.
