? Hiring: Sales Consultant – Immigration Industry ?

Working Days: 6 Days a Week We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Consultant to join our immigration consultancy team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be comfortable speaking with potential clients, and have a genuine interest in the immigration/overseas education industry. ?
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective immigration clients.
• Understand clients' requirements, career goals, and immigration preferences.
• Explain suitable immigration programs, processes, and services.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth client handover.
• Stay updated on immigration programs,
eligibility criteria, and service offerings. ? Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or immigration consultancy.
• Experience in the immigration/visa consultancy industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on lead conversion.
• Comfortable handling sales calls and client objections.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools. ?
