What you'll do
• Interpret and implement architectural, structural and MEP drawings; handle setting-out, layout marking and level checks
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs and work-front-wise quantity estimates
• Check formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours before sign-off, in line with IS codes
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and utility consultants to resolve site queries
• Prepare RFIs, method statements and technical checklists
• Review contractor and vendor work plans for compliance




• Track material testing (concrete cubes, soil, steel) with third-party labs
• Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation
• Measure quantities and progress for contractor billing What we're looking for:
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving
• Precision in quantity estimation, layout and quality checks
• Clear communication with consultants, contractors and management
• Ability to manage multiple work-fronts
