Pune Role Overview The AIX Administrator will support enterprise infrastructure by administering IBM Power Systems, IBM storage, backup services, and Linux environments. The role focuses on reliable daily operations, proactive monitoring, maintenance, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
• Robust hands-on experience in AIX Administration, IBM Storage (DS8K/V7K), and TSM Backup (TSM Server).
• Manage IBM Power Systems running AIX 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3, along with RHEL in VMware environments.
• Perform daily administration, monitoring, and maintenance of AIX and Linux servers.
• Handle incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Execute routine operational tasks, including patching, user management, and backup monitoring. Core Technical Skills
