We operate through multiple online sales channels, including our own website and leading e-commerce marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive who has hands-on experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, warehouse management, inventory control, and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing high-volume order processing, preferably handling up to 15,000 orders per day, and should be familiar with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Order Processing & Fulfillment
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including order processing, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch.
• Handle high-volume e-commerce order fulfillment, with the ability to manage approximately 15,000 orders per day.
• Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within the defined SLA and cut-off timelines.
• Monitor daily order volumes and ensure smooth operations during peak sales periods.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. 2. Marketplace & Shopify Operations
• Manage and monitor orders received through Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure proper order synchronization, processing, and dispatch across multiple sales channels.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, and unfulfilled orders.
• Ensure correct SKU mapping, product identification, shipping labels, and order documentation.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams to resolve order-related issues. 3. Inventory & Stock Management




• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse systems and online marketplaces.
• Monitor stock levels, SKU-wise inventory, and product availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, damaged products, and inventory mismatches.
• Ensure proper storage, bin allocation, barcode labeling, and SKU management. 4. Dispatch & Logistics Management
• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
• Manage shipment manifests, shipping labels, and courier handovers.
• Track dispatch performance and ensure orders are handed over within the prescribed timelines.
• Monitor delayed shipments, failed deliveries, and shipment-related issues.
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations and logistics partners. 5. Returns & RTO Management
• Handle customer returns, reverse logistics, and Return-to-Origin (RTO) processes.
• Inspect returned products and update inventory records accordingly.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect products received through returns.
• Maintain proper records of return reasons and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate with customer support and marketplace teams to resolve return-related issues. 6. Team Management & Operational Reporting
• Coordinate with warehouse staff involved in picking, packing, testing, quality checks, and dispatch.
• Monitor daily productivity, order fulfillment rates, and dispatch performance.
• Prepare daily MIS reports related to orders,



inventory, dispatch, and returns.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements in warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse discipline, safety, and proper utilization of resources. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline; relevant warehouse experience will be preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce company.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume order processing and fulfillment.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of inventory management, SKU mapping, barcode systems, and order management.
• Experience in dispatch planning, courier coordination, and reverse logistics.
• Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse MIS reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational pressure. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates currently working with D2C brands, e-commerce companies, or high-volume fulfillment warehouses.
• Experience managing large-scale daily order volumes.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS).
• Experience in managing warehouse teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce order fulfillment cycles and marketplace operations.
