Role Description The IT Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving sales of the company’s software and IT solutions. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying recent leads, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role involves presenting and demonstrating solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.



The IT Sales Manager will collaborate with technical and project teams to align client requirements with service offerings and ensure smooth handover of accounts. Ongoing responsibilities also include market research, tracking competitors, and providing regular sales reporting and forecasts to leadership. Qualifications
• Strong IT Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to build and maintain a robust client portfolio.
• Solid understanding of Information Technology products and services, preferably in custom software or application development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Prior experience in B2B or enterprise software sales will be an advantage.
