Role Description The Business Process Outsourcing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting the implementation of outsourced solutions that improve efficiency and service quality. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to document workflows, define performance metrics, and ensure smooth handoffs between in-house and outsourced operations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring process performance, preparing reports, addressing operational issues,



and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, adhering to organizational policies, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Business Process and Business skills, including process mapping and workflow documentation.
