Role Description The Rocket Learning District Coordinator for Andhra Pradesh will lead implementation of early learning programs across government and community settings in Denkada. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating with district education officials, school leaders, and frontline workers to ensure effective program rollout and adherence to learning goals. The coordinator will organize and facilitate trainings, monitor program usage and impact, and provide regular feedback and support to educators and caregivers. Responsibilities include using simple digital tools and learning management processes to track progress, preparing concise reports and presentations, and representing Rocket Learning at local meetings and events.



The role also requires close collaboration with the central Rocket Learning team to adapt content, share field insights, and continuously improve program quality in the district. Qualifications
• Strong Training & Development and Education skills, with experience facilitating group sessions for teachers, caregivers, or community workers.
• Proficiency in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems, including basic comfort with mobile and web-based tools for tracking usage and outcomes.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication in English and local languages (such as Telugu), and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in education, community development, or government programs in Andhra Pradesh is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in the field, travel within the district as required, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
• Commitment to equity in education and to improving early learning outcomes for children from underserved communities.
