Broadly responsible for supporting the school's admission and marketing objectives, including: 1. Admissions & Parent Engagement
• Handle enquiries from prospective parents.
• Explain school programmes, admission requirements, fees and related information.
• Coordinate school visits and campus tours.
• Assist parents throughout the admission process.
• Follow up with prospective parents and support conversion of enquiries into admissions. 2. Lead Management & CRM
• Maintain and update prospective-parent information in the CRM.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on leads.
• Track lead status and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the concerned team. 3. Marketing & Business Development
• Support ATL, BTL and digital marketing activities.
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives.
• Participate in events, promotional activities and community outreach.
• Identify opportunities for increasing school visibility and admissions. 4. Digital & Social Media
• Support the school's social media activities.
• Coordinate content related to school events and achievements.
• Monitor online engagement and reviews.

• Support corporate tie-ups and outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective corporate partners.

• Prepare reports and identify trends.
