Delhi NCR Reporting to: COO – iMEP Division Employment Type: Full time About iMEP on the Move iMEP on the Move is NIPRO’s innovative mobile medical education initiative, bringing advanced medical technologies, practical demonstrations, and hands-on clinical training to hospitals and medical colleges across India. Role Focus: Clinical education, institutional engagement, and training management—not direct product sales or patient care. Role Description We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of iMEP on the Move activities across North India. The role involves engaging with hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare professionals, and institutional leadership to identify clinical education needs and develop structured training programmes. The Clinical Manager will oversee mobile training unit deployments, coordinate with clinical specialists and internal teams, ensure compliance with relevant clinical protocols, and evaluate programme effectiveness. The position also involves maintaining institutional relationships, representing NIPRO at professional medical events, and preparing reports and recommendations for continuous programme improvement.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions.
* Engage with hospital administrators, doctors, and clinical faculty to identify training requirements.
* Plan and coordinate clinical workshops, technology demonstrations, and medical education programmes.
* Collaborate with clinical specialists to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training.
* Manage institutional visits, training schedules, and mobile training unit deployments.




* Monitor programme outcomes, maintain records, and prepare periodic reports.
* Ensure adherence to applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory protocols. Qualifications
* Mandatory: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognised institution.
* Experience or knowledge in renal care and haemodialysis will be an added advantage. Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or medical-device marketing, clinical education, or institutional engagement, including direct interaction with hospitals and medical institutions.
* Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with hospital administrators, clinicians, and medical faculty.
* Experience in organising clinical workshops, demonstrations, or continuing medical education programmes is preferred.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, networking, and organisational skills.
* Strong planning, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
* Willingness to travel extensively across North India. Compensation Competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capabilities.
