We are building a functional 20-unit prototype batch (MVP) to validate our core sensor algorithms, low-power wireless communication pipeline, and mechanical enclosure before moving into commercial production. We are seeking an experienced Hardware / Embedded Systems Engineering Lead (or Design Agency) to take complete ownership of custom multi-layer PCB design, low-power embedded firmware, 2.4 GHz RF integration, and prototype batch assembly. Experience:
4–6+ years in shipping battery-operated, compact IoT or edge-hardware products. ● EDA Tools: Expertise in KiCad, Altium Designer, or equivalent multi-layer PCB design software. ● Firmware: Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++, RTOS (Zephyr/FreeRTOS), BLE 5.x stack, and I2C/SPI sensor interfaces. ● RF & Power: Solid understanding of 2.4 GHz antenna design, impedance matching, and PMIC battery management. ● Prototyping: Hands-on experience managing quick-turn PCB fabrication and small-batch assembly. For Consultancies / Design Houses / Agencies: ● Demonstrated portfolio of completed ultra-compact or low-power IoT products. ● In-house cross-disciplinary capability covering Hardware (PCB/RF), Firmware (C/C++/BLE),



and Mechanical/CAD Enclosure Design. ● Turnkey delivery capability from Gerber files to 20 fully assembled physical units.
