About the Role
Life Changing Astro is looking for an experienced and well-spoken Customer Care & Feedback Executive who can proactively connect with customers, gather feedback, understand their experiences, and help improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on their purchases, consultations, and overall experience.
• Understand customer concerns, queries, and expectations through effective conversations.
• Conduct follow-up calls and ensure proper communication with customers.
• Record customer feedback and maintain daily calling reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate customer concerns and facilitate resolutions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share actionable feedback with management.



Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, clear, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Robust listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer conversations patiently and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Who Should Apply?
