Role Description The ServiceNow GRC Lead is a full time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules to support enterprise risk, policy, and compliance programs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with risk, compliance, security, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions, and maintaining GRC workflows, integrations, and reporting. The role involves overseeing configuration standards, conducting system testing, managing enhancements, and ensuring data quality and consistency across GRC processes. The ServiceNow GRC Lead will also provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support,



while driving continuous improvement and alignment with regulatory and internal control frameworks. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex risk and compliance requirements, perform data analysis, and optimize GRC workflows.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting solutions, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer service mindset to support internal users, address issues proactively, and drive high satisfaction with GRC tools and processes.
• Understanding of sales and relationship management principles to partner with business units, promote GRC adoption, and align solutions with organizational priorities.
• Finance and risk management knowledge, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and enterprise risk concepts.
• Hands-on experience implementing or leading ServiceNow GRC or related ServiceNow modules (IRM, Vendor Risk, Policy and Compliance, Risk Register).
• Background in information security, compliance, audit, or risk management within financial services or a similar regulated industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in ServiceNow or GRC are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
