Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credentialing Analyst role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Credentialing Analyst will manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including collecting, verifying, and updating provider information with insurance payers and regulatory bodies. The role involves reviewing applications for accuracy, monitoring credentialing status, and ensuring compliance with payer, government, and organizational requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in internal systems, coordinating with providers and internal teams,



resolving credentialing issues, and supporting audits or quality checks. The individual will collaborate closely with operations and HR-related functions to help ensure providers are properly enrolled and eligible for reimbursement. Qualifications
• Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills to coordinate provider documentation, enrollment, and compliance-related processes.
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related databases to maintain accurate provider records and credentialing data.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to review applications, identify inconsistencies, and ensure alignment with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration or provider enrollment concepts as they relate to payers, networks, and healthcare plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple credentialing tasks and timelines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with providers, payers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prior experience in U.
S. healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or revenue cycle management is preferred.
