About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and student-focused Student Coordinator who can guide and support enrolled students throughout their competitive exam preparation journey. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure student engagement, monitor academic progress, identify students who need additional support, and help them stay motivated and consistent in their preparation. This role focuses on student success, academic mentoring, and post-enrolment support for paid students.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Support
• Conduct post-enrolment counselling calls with students who have already enrolled in our paid courses.
• Understand students' academic challenges, preparation strategies, and learning requirements.
• Guide students in developing effective study routines and maintaining consistency.
• Motivate students to overcome preparation-related challenges and achieve their academic goals. 2. Student Performance Monitoring
• Track lecture attendance, mock test participation, and overall academic performance.
• Identify students who are inactive, irregular, or underperforming.
• Proactively connect with students who require additional academic guidance.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to improve student engagement and course participation. 3. Student Engagement & Retention
• Build strong relationships with students and provide continuous academic support.
• Encourage students to attend lectures regularly and participate in mock tests.




• Understand the reasons behind low engagement and take appropriate corrective action.
• Help students remain motivated and committed throughout their preparation journey. 4. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain accurate records of counselling calls, student feedback, attendance, and performance.
• Prepare and update student progress reports.
• Share key student concerns and performance trends with the relevant internal teams.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of student queries. Eligibility Criteria
•

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in student counselling, academic mentoring, student coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience working with EdTech companies, coaching institutes, or competitive exam preparation platforms is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Empathetic, patient, and approachable personality.
• Ability to identify student challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple students and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with student performance tracking, attendance monitoring, and reporting. Preferred Skills
• Experience working with students preparing for banking, SSC, government, or other competitive examinations.
• Ability to motivate students and encourage consistent participation in academic activities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and student management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Important Note This is not a sales or lead-generation role. The position focuses exclusively on supporting students who have already enrolled in our paid courses. The objective is to improve student engagement, academic consistency, course participation, and overall student satisfaction.
