About the Role
Flight Line & Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading all flight line operations, aircraft acceptance activities, final assembly inspections, ground and flight test support, customer delivery processes, and airworthiness compliance for C295 aircraft. The role ensures timely aircraft delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Flight Line Operations
• Lead and manage all flight line activities for C295 aircraft during production, testing, acceptance, and delivery phases.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for ground runs, flight testing, customer demonstrations, and final delivery.
• Coordinate aircraft movement, positioning, towing, servicing, and flight line maintenance activities.
• Monitor and control daily flight line schedules to meet program delivery milestones. Aircraft Inspection & Quality Assurance
• Oversee final aircraft inspections involving
• Airframe and aerostructure inspections
• Flight control systems
• Hydraulic systems
• Fuel systems
• Landing gear systems
• Electrical and avionics systems
• Engine installation and integration
• Ensure closure of all non-conformances (NCs), concessions, deviations, and open actions before aircraft delivery.
• Review and approve inspection reports, acceptance documentation, and release certificates. Flight Test & Acceptance Support




• Support ground testing activities including
• Communication and navigation systems testing
• Radar and mission system checks
• Software loading and verification
• Functional system testing
• Engine ground runs Coordinate pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Monitor troubleshooting and rectification of aircraft snags identified during testing and customer acceptance.
• Customer Delivery Management
• Act as focal point for aircraft delivery activities involving customers, certification agencies, and program stakeholders.
• Plan and execute aircraft acceptance inspections with customer representatives.
• Ensure all contractual delivery requirements are fulfilled.
• Support customer audits, acceptance checks, and delivery documentation reviews.

Skills:
Sound knowledge of aerospace systems (airframe, engine, electrical and avionics) including troubleshooting and test equipment usage.
• Functional

Skills:
Lead, schedule, and coordinate between technicians, ME, Quality and customer reps across variable shifts to ensure aircraft system checks, troubleshooting, aircraft fueling, weight and balance, component changes and documentation before formal release-for-flight. Serve as primary link between manufacturing teams, customer flight test and ground crew.
