Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Frontend Developer role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Frontend Developer will implement responsive user interfaces for web and mobile-friendly applications, translating UI/UX designs into clean, performant code. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers and backend developers, building reusable components, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves optimizing page load performance, maintaining code quality through reviews and testing,



and contributing to documentation and continuous improvement of the development process. The developer will work closely with project teams to deliver reliable products for clients in sectors such as education, retail, healthcare, and services. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills for building modern, accessible, mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Web Development and Software Development skills for creating maintainable, production-ready applications.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills sufficient to integrate APIs and collaborate effectively with server-side teams.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with version control (Git), package managers, and build tools (e.g., webpack, Vite, or similar).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Nagpur Area, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in an IT services or product development environment is an advantage.
