Job Summary – Overall 1+ years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Retirement Service. Especially knowledge in Distributions such as Hardship withdrawals, QDRO, RMD, In-service distributions, Death, loans or experience in processing 401K contribution, loan repayments etc. Process Requirement
• Valid Passport
• Graduation
• Flexibility in shifts
• 7 years overall exp and minimum 2 years of team managers exp(managing team managers) Skills/Domain Required Years of experience needed – 7 Years.
• People and Client Management
• SLA and Team Management
• Good communication and decision-making skills
• MS Office and Reporting skills
• Time management skill
• Collaborative and team player
• Ability to motivate the team
• Critical thinking skills as well as emotional intelligence
• Ability to deal with disciplinary/conflicting situations

• Effective task management and organized
• Industry certifications (ASPPA RPF) will be added advantage. Process Requirement
