Role Description The Bakery Staff role is an in office position based at HEARTSIDE BAKERY in Katihar. Daily responsibilities include preparing doughs and batters, baking breads and cookies, and assisting with general food preparation. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards, and helping with packaging, labeling, and stocking baked items. Bakery Staff may interact with guests at the counter, take orders, and provide product information,



while supporting the team during busy hours. Scheduling and employment type will be discussed during the hiring process. Qualifications
• Practical experience or strong interest in Bakery and Baking tasks
• Skills in Food Preparation with focus on handling ingredients safely and efficiently
• Ability to prepare and bake Cookies with consistent quality
• Ability to prepare and bake different types of Bread
• Knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a small team
• Prior bakery, café, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
