About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of CNC/VMC machines and machine tool equipment. ###
Key Responsibilities
1. Install, commission and maintain CNC/VMC machines and related equipment. 2. Perform machine inspection, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. 3. Handle mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues. 4. Diagnose spindle-related problems and machine performance issues. 5. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance. 6. Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints. 7. Handle machine alignment, calibration and testing. 8. Provide technical support and guidance to customers. 9. Prepare service reports and maintain service records. 10. Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams. ### Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine installation and commissioning.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of spindle, bearings, lubrication and cooling systems.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Positive problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer-site visits. ### Qualification Diploma / B.
Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering field. ### Preferred Experience
