Role Description The SDE Intern role at Autom8AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh. In this role, the intern will assist in designing, implementing, and testing software components that power our automation platform, primarily focusing on back-end services and APIs. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, debugging and resolving issues, collaborating with senior engineers on feature development, and contributing to code reviews and documentation.



The intern will also work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and help translate them into reliable technical solutions. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development, including building and consuming APIs, working with databases, and understanding server-side frameworks.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in designing modular, reusable code.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a team environment, and communicate clearly about technical concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic development workflows is preferred.
• Interest in AI, automation, and building scalable systems is a plus.
