Undersounds Entertainment (Pravaas) | Office: BKC, Mumbai | Site: Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIAL) | Full-time We're hiring an Aviation Security Compliance Officer (ASCO) to manage and coordinate aviation security compliance for the Pravaas Experience Zone at Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIAL), along with our upcoming airport projects. The Role
• Manage day-to-day aviation security compliance requirements for the Pravaas Experience Zone at NMIAL, in accordance with applicable BCAS regulations and security guidelines.
• Coordinate and facilitate the processing of Airport Entry Permits (AEPs), including temporary and permanent passes, for employees, contractors and vendors.
• Follow up on background verification, security clearances and mandatory AvSec training requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Act as the primary point of coordination with BCAS, the airport operator's security team, CISF and other relevant stakeholders for security-related requirements.
• Coordinate permits, access approvals and other operational clearances required for the smooth functioning of airport operations.
• Maintain and update employee and vendor security records, training documentation and compliance files.
• Ensure timely renewals of passes, certifications and other mandatory approvals.
• Support audits, inspections and compliance checks, ensuring all documentation is accurate and audit-ready.




• Coordinate and drive security compliance requirements for upcoming airport projects, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.
• Proactively follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure pending approvals and operational requirements are closed within stipulated timelines. You Have
• 2–5 years of experience in aviation security, airport operations or airport compliance.
• Prior hands-on experience working in an operational airport environment in India.
• BCAS AvSec Basic certification with a valid refresher and ASCO training.
• Working knowledge of AEP processing, background verification, airport access permissions and security compliance procedures.
• Experience coordinating with airport authorities, security teams, CISF and other external stakeholders.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and execution skills, with the ability to get things done within timelines.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance records.
• Ability to independently manage on-ground responsibilities and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Mumbai-based candidates only, with willingness to travel to and work in office at NMIAL.
