About the Role
Vereigen Media is on a high-growth trajectory, managing a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands across domains like B2B demand generation, FMCG (beverages), market research etc. We are looking for a Social Media Executive who lives and breathes social media. Someone who doesn’t just follow trends but creates them. This role demands both strategic insight and hands-on execution, leading the charge in organic growth and paid amplification on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Growth:
• Build, execute, and own end-to-end social media strategies for Vereigen Media and its associated brands (B2B & B2C).
• Design monthly growth plans with measurable KPIs (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, etc.)
• Lead organic growth efforts through reels, UGC strategies, viral content, and platform-specific growth hacks.
• Collaborate with internal brand teams and design leads to align content with business goals. Paid Campaigns & Performance:
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Optimize campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation,



and conversions.
• Report weekly and monthly performance metrics with insights and next steps. Platform Ownership:
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, best practices, and viral trends on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Curate and schedule content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. Creative + Analytical:
• Work closely with content writers, video editors, and graphic designers to deliver thumb-stopping creatives.
• Track insights, test A/B creatives, and innovate on what works for both B2B (LinkedIn-heavy) and B2C (Instagram-heavy) brands. What You Bring:
• 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in both agency and brand-side roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven track record of driving organic follower growth and engagement through reels, trends, and creator collaborations.
• Robust understanding of B2B Marketing dynamics, FMCG and Fintech industry.
• Excellent communication and copywriting instincts for social captions, hooks, and CTAs.
• Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, or meme marketing.
